Refunds & Returns Policy

At Playtime Avenue, we want you to shop with assurance, so we've streamlined our returns and refunds process for your convenience.

  1. Return Window
    Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns made after this period cannot be accepted.

  2. Shipping Costs
    If your item is defective or damaged, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you're returning an item simply because you changed your mind, the return shipping fee will be your responsibility.

  3. Defective or Damaged Items
    Should you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 30 days. We will assist you in sending it back at no extra cost. Once we verify the issue, you'll either receive a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.

  4. Returns for Change of Mind
    If you decide the product isn't right for you, return it within 30 days, ensuring it's unused and in its original packaging. In this case, you'll need to cover the return shipping, and your refund will be for the item’s price only, minus the shipping charge.

  5. Refund Process
    After we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund. If you haven't seen the refund after 10 business days, please reach out to us at support@playtimeavenue.com.

  6. Restocking Fees
    Depending on the situation, a restocking fee may apply.
