What If My Product Arrives Damaged?

When your order is delivered, carefully inspect the packaging. If you observe any damage—even to the box—be sure to note it when signing for delivery. If you're unable to check the contents immediately but suspect damage, simply write “suspected damage” on your delivery receipt. Should your product arrive damaged, please send clear photos to support@playtimeavenue.com, and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
